Our parish's Pastoral Care Ministry was inducted on August 2025 by Fr. Peter Hoan Nguyen.

Members of this ministry visit the lonely, sick, injured, elderly, and the dying in hospitals, extended health care facilities, or at home. Members assist our Pastor by helping to share Christ’s healing love and compassion with those in need—in their rawness and vulnerability—by offering friendship, encouragement, the ministry of presence, and, when requested, prayer and Holy Communion.

Currently, members of the Pastoral Care Ministry provide services, reflection, readings, prayer and Eucharistic ministry monthly at the following seniors' facilities:

• Heron Grove - every fourth Wednesday of the month.

• Noric House - every first Friday of the month.

• Canterbury Court - every Sunday.

We welcome anyone who is personally drawn to help share the message of Christ’s healing love and compassion with those in need to join the Pastoral Care Ministry.
